I ordered silver PM on 08/10 and had the “ your order if coming soon” update on the 22/10. I’ve just spoken to a guide who has said my order is in the warehouse waiting to be picked.. I’m not sure how much I believe that

Anyone who has rang EE are given completely different answers. It’s like the person is picking which excuse to use out of a hat. I’ve been waiting 30 days now. Absolutely poor show from both Apple and EE.

I wouldn’t get too excited, I ordered my deep blue PM on the 27th Sept, and was told that my order was in the warehouse waiting to be picked on 16th Oct… I’ve since received the following text on the 22nd Oct

“Hi from EE. We're sorry you're still waiting for your new iPhone and we'd like to thank you for your patience. We're working with Apple to get more stock, so we can send yours out. There's no need to call us, we'll let you know as soon as it's on the way. Thanks.”

So either my phone is in the warehouse or it’s still in China/America or somewhere!

I finally got my iPhone 17pm cosmic orange 256gb yesterday after ordering it on the 23rd September, it’s defiantly worth the wait! I hope you all get yours soon!

I ordered the same on 26/09. Called yesterday and was told they're hoping for it to be with me in the next 2 weeks but not to be worried if it makes it to 3.

With your order date and how they seem to have been dispatched, you’ll be lucky to see it before second / third week of November. 

like to add I’ve had no holding emails or texts and I queried that with ee, they said they had the order confirmed etc and it wasn't indicative of my order status

I called them today and they told me that they might deliver my phone next week. As i order my phone on the 21/09. He said they still have some stock in their ware house. I ordered silver 256gb

I really hope that’s the case for both of us. It feels like every time I call, I’m told something different, so I’m trying not to get my hopes up too much. Fingers crossed we both get our phones soon! Do update if you get your device .
