I checked this morning there's one in Bath, same colour size everything. Was surprised. Might be more than one as it says in stock for collection today instead of a specific number

Yeah same with me 🤣. If they had told me my iPhone would be delivered in two to three weeks, I wouldn’t have bothered checking or updating. However, when they promised to deliver on launch day and then kept telling different things afterwards, I lost my patience. To be honest, I want to cancel my order now, but I’ll wait until I come back after holiday, which is a week at most. If there’s nothing bright in the future, I’ll just cancel the order and keep my old iPhone. And no more upgrading with EE.

Yhh that’s just it, being told something will come and it not coming and being thrown around in circles is so off putting , I’m holding off until next Friday otherwise I’m also going to be cancelling and will never pre order from ee!

Did anyone receive a text like this once their order was confirmed?

I received this on the Sunday once my order was confirmed(I ordered on the Friday that the preorders started). Note that it says my order will be dispatched in 21 days.

Is there any truth in this? Or is that a load of twoddle too? If its true, that means I can expect mine next weekend(3rd Oct onwards).

Keep getting told different things over the phone at the weekend and on live that the latest they said was the 7th of October but now on live chat they say more than 28 days don’t know what to believe been told so many different stories seen I ordered 16th of September

I placed an order with EE on the 12 of September, I’ve phone them last Friday to give me an update and they couldn’t give me a confirmation on when I will get it ? 

we are know on Tuesday and still no sign of anything or confirmation..
