i can say with a high degree of confidence that it’s ee’s job to provide this and if one doesn’t get sent out and they attempt charge me for none trade in, they’ll be told to Foxtrot Oscar

I've made the switch back to apple after using android for the last 10 or so years...

I placed my order last Friday at 1.13pm and got a 'we've got your order' email with the xko code, then it wasn't until Sunday at 5 to 5 in the evening I got the order confirmed email with the order no. Starting 00494.

I've had no more since, and the EE tracker hasn't moved from the first step.

I'm not hopeful of receiving it tomorrow, but can anyone confirm when the next lot of deliveries will be after tomorrow please?

As an aside, I have also ordered an official apple case from Amazon that has a delivery range of tomorrow-Saturday yet that has not been dispatched either yet.

If it helps, I have ordered the Pro Max 512GB in Cosmic Orange.

I haven’t even had the trade in email with the information. She half mentioned trading in on the phone but didn’t say anything really about it.

So if you haven’t, download the DPD app get it step up & ready. Sometimes they still do dispatch on Saturdays for delivery Monday. Pro max is the sought after one

Being a new customer from what I can tell it’s definitely not FCFS. I ordered my Pro on the 16th and got the DPD tracking today around 13:30. It’s already on the way to my local depot!😆

They’re mad inconsistent with “first come first served” lol I ordered Sunday and still haven’t recieved anything, at the very least that’s off your chest now, enjoy your new phone!!😁

Has anyone else not had the usual texts of Apple Music etc being cancelled and roaming abroad add one being added etc etc I usually get about 10 but this year just have 2 and they say welcome to your new plan login for details 😂

but do have 2 separate DPD notifications for watch and phone and also have 2 emails from EE later on today saying they are on their way for tomorrow!
