I recieved a dpd text today however i ordered the watch ultra 3 and iphone 17 pro max at the same time so is there anyway for me to tell which one is being delivered? The EE tracker hasnt moved for either!

I placed an order on Sunday for the iPhone 17 Pro Max Cosmic Orange 256GB and received a confirmation at 16:34 with a text and link. The order number is 00494*****. Since then, I’ve been told different things about delivery: first launch day, then 21 days, and now up to 28 days. Customer service also gave me a different order number starting with 02, but it isn’t trackable on the EE tracking page. I’m a bit worried because I asked for delivery to an EE store, and I remember having issues with that two years ago. I also haven’t received any messages from DPD.
