I’m worried that EE haven’t confirmed my order. 

I’m trying to figure out what the meaning of XKO is, some say it means the order has been placed but hasn’t been confirmed, some say it means when the order is placed on the internet, and some say it means order is confirmed. Which one is it? I do hope I get the phone on release date as I ordered it fairly early.

Wait, so you got a separate confirmation email, a different one to the one that had your xko number? I’ve only had the one email this entire time…

Same as you, the email contained the XKO number etc and below it was a highlight as to what I’m upgrading to. I had only received the one email. 

I did select the option to collect from my local EE store, so not sure if that makes a difference. I ordered via the EE app.

OK thanks, I thought I was meant to have had a second email from what you were saying. I chose home delivery rather than pick up from store, other than that it sounds like we’re in the same boat.

I knew it was too good to be true, unless it says dispatched for me because it’s going to get delivered to my local store? Can only hope for the best.

I think you should have another number (00) from what I remember it even says when you get your xko that you should receive another email when they confirm your order.

My xko email says nothing about receiving a second confirmation email.

I checked and you are correct, it doesn’t say that. I had to call them to get my order actually moved forward and get the 00 number.

When did you order your Watch? Ordered mine Thursday lunchtime, mine still says awaiting confirmation.
