Haha so that order I made on the website earlier didn’t go through properly so had to order again over the phone .
good news is that the £100 upgrade fee has been refunded: so didn’t have to pay it on the reorder

I keep ringing them up they said its gone through give me the number order number but cant track it and then another person said its a open sales order got to wait 48 hours for a email confirmation

No idea if this has been mentioned, so I’ll say it just in case. An xko number is only generated if you did the order online. If you didn’t do it online, you won’t get one.
if you haven’t received an email yet, then have patience. I placed my upgrade for watch and phone at about 13:15 today, money taken from account, and confirmed twice that orders have gone through even though I haven’t had an email about the phone yet - I have received one about the watch.

I did something similar. I dialled 150 in the car on a well timed journey I needed to make, bang 13:00 an advisor picked up the call and 20 mins later, upgrade done and order number in hand.

Has anyone else been unable to buy today? I tried through both app and website but no data plans show up when I get to that part of the process, meaning I can’t complete a purchase.

Ah last year they accepted the Blue Light code. This year they only want the perk code. Currently waiting for my ID to be verified
