EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Thanks for coming to the community.

I'm not quite sure which one you've ordered as you've mentioned 512G and 1T above.

The 512GB versions in Cosmic Orange, Deep Blue and Silver are currently up to 7 days for dispatch as @Northerner mentioned.

If you ordered the 1TB version, all three colours are currently up to 14 days for dispatch.
