We have an exciting lineup this year! Newly redesigned Pro Models and the all-new iPhone Air!

Just for info all the people saying they have received the new iPhone 17 pro max will have done so however it will be the 256gb handset. I’ve been told to wait for the 512gb or bigger memory as EE hasn’t even received much stock of these from Apple. You would think with EE being the biggest network provider in Europe they would have been able to sort this mess out! Promising people a handset on release date after ordering on the 12th presale date! What SLA are you actually working to. I’ve been a customer for 24 years and this has me seriously questioning whether i’d like to stay with them going forward! Also when i’ve rang CS to speak with someone they are more interested in trying to sell you broadband. Absolute joke..!!

Hey all
I preordered on the 14th September at around 11am - iPhone 17 Pro Max Silver 256Gb
I have just received the dpd sms with the pin code,
Yesterday I had a very long conversation with Customer Service regarding the Preorder and deliveries.
I told them every year since the iPhone release EE has been selling them, do you guys have no inclination with supply and demand
First thing first, EE do not choose the number of handsets, that is predetermined by Apple and Apple only therefore blaming ee for not calculating supply is not correct.
I raised the fact that it doesn't seem to be a first come first basis and the fact that there doesn't seem to be a general guidance on delivery dates. I was informed that until Apple send the stock they can't say for sure

Initially I ordered on the 13th in the app, next day I received a message please contact customer service as there is a problem with your order, I contacted them through live chat and they pushed the order through and got the confirmation email immediately

Hi all,
i ordered 17 pro max, 256GB in cosmic orange.
placed the order at 18:00 on 12/09/2025 after a few hours of struggle with the EE site crashing and unable to get through on the phone.
just wondering if anyone who ordered around the same time has received their phone yet? Or if youve been given any specific tracking info?
Ive still only got the xko number and am being told waiting times of up to 28 days from date of order. Just spoke to CS and theyve said there is 0 stock and theyre awaiting the next batch from apple.

I don’t think this is true. I pre ordered the iPhone 17 pro max 512gb cosmic orange on the 12th..Sunday the 20th I got an update to say it was on track, I spoke to customer service today and they said they’re waiting on stock and can’t tell me when I’ll have it so god knows

I ordered exactly the same model, iPhone 17 Pro Max 512gb Cosmic Orange on the 12th. I just came out of live chat with EE Guide and I have been told the timeframe of 28 days for this model. However I'm not sure if it's 28 days from the day I placed the order or what. It's so annoying, a complaint has been raised on 19th, they do not provide a single resolution for it, no compensation for the misinformation.
