Hello again, everyone! 

It's Techtember, and we all know that means new iPhones!
We have an exciting lineup this year! Newly redesigned Pro Models and the all-new iPhone Air!

Just like last year, let's use this thread purely for Tracking Preorders and any relevant discussion around them.

I ordered mine on the 12th got the XKO number and got confirmation on the 14th and still no update, called CS and was told it could be a week or so. 

what is the point in pre-ordering it on the pre-order date to be told you wont get it on release?

Mines exact same! Really disappointed to find out it can take upto a week till I receive as expected it today. Pre order should mean it will be recieved on the day release day .

I pre ordered mine on the release date, was told numerous times it’s guaranteed delivery today and not had anything from dpd and status is still order accepted. Really not happy with being promised something and being let down. I’d rather be told it may be a few days after the release date

Mine has also been ordered on 12th iPhone 17 Pro Max 512gb Cosmic Orange, no updates since the first day of order.

I only received the confirmation email, in the spreadsheet says it's expected to be delivered today, however no signs of DPD, nor messages or updates on DPD app.

I went to the EE Store this morning and they said there's a backlog in the warehouse, reason for not being either delivered or available in store.

Estimated delivery is up to 28 days 💀

Delivery of my iPhone Air (1TB cloud white) is between 18:39 and 19:39 tonight... we're always at the end of the DPD route because my area is right in the corner of the estate (it takes 2 mins to walk to the main road and 10 minutes to drive to it).

DPD come to door asking for a PIN. The idiots at EE have sent the PIN to the watch number and not my main one - so driver had to leave without delivering it.

Ive just sent a complaint to EE, cancelled my order, as i spoke to them and they advised the order wasnt processed till the 14th, i am unfortunately on holiday (which i wanted it for) during the expected delivery date.

Literally in the same boat! After them keep saying this is set for today, blah, blah I still had nothing. So ended up just going into the Apple store and grabbing one. Ended up getting the orange 512GB instead of the ordered 256GB as they had one. Then walked out, into the EE store and cancelled my order
