Hello again, everyone! 

It's Techtember, and we all know that means new iPhones!
We have an exciting lineup this year! Newly redesigned Pro Models and the all-new iPhone Air!

Just like last year, let's use this thread purely for Tracking Preorders and any relevant discussion around them.

It appears though they just didnt account for how popular this model would be. Ive been scrolling these forums since release day and most of the complaints are from people who ordered pro max. 

Just annoying as when i ordered, it stated delivery by launch date and each time ive enquired since, the expected delivery gets later 😕

i mean, i didnt actually expect to get it on launch date as my order went through at 6pm, but if 28 days from order date is true, thats 2 weeks ish away… yet they are telling us they have no stock 😕

28 days from when you have ordered, from what I understood from Ee, they sold out the first batch immediately, I think you will receive yours this week.... Initially I was told that "order on track" means the phone is in the warehouse but not yet assigned

i have just recovered a text from DPD with a pin and tracking. Status: awaiting parcel from supplier!

Just had a text from dpd tonight at 8:30pm saying they are expecting my EE parcel. Therefore i’d guess they will be delivering it Friday. So technically they are a week behind from the promised delivery day of the 19th from me ordering it on 12th. Good luck to the rest waiting and those who ordered after the 12th.

I also got my pin tonight, ordered on 12th at 5pm. Not sure when will be delivered maybe tomorrow/friday. 
I contacted EE and they did mention the method of ordering also makes a difference and I believe the online orders are not prioritised as high as the ones by phone. I think that’s really disappointing as they encourage you to order online! I won’t be doing that way again.

Yes I’m in the exact same position, very frustrating! Looks unlikely to arrive before 6th October at this stage…

I was told mine would be with me for the 29th… but not a single comm from DPD yet… so not very hopeful 😕

I ordered on the 12th and 28 days would make it the 10th not the 6th. I’m not sure where you’ve got the 6th from but I’m being advised that the 10th is the latest estimated delivery date based upon the 28 days, however it may still be delayed past that.

I did mine over the phone also on the 12th and somehow people that ordered after me are still receiving there’s sooner including people that have the same model and storage as I did. So I can’t make sense of how EE are doing these orders.
