Hello again, everyone! 

It's Techtember, and we all know that means new iPhones!
We have an exciting lineup this year! Newly redesigned Pro Models and the all-new iPhone Air!

Just like last year, let's use this thread purely for Tracking Preorders and any relevant discussion around them.

I ordered mine on the 15th over the phone and it’s being delivered today between 16:00 @ 17:00

Mine is contract with phone and I ordered mine on the 14th I’m a new customer with EE aswell I’ve got a xko number and that’s it and that was given to me on the day I ordered it and not had anything since so I phoned them on the 19th and they said my order is confirmed but there’s a backlog at the warehouse

I've just rang and being told 'all we can see is DPD usually dispatched within 13 days' and being told how amazing that is compared to 28 days other people are being told.. I'm then also told differing information about when to expect a text from DPD. Tbh the agent couldn't give a toss, clearly EE's poor planning/comms is resulting in the innocent agents getting an earful from customers!

I was advised to download dpd app etc even though mines on route as we speak (HOPEFULLY) the app still shows fek all so it is what it is

Hopefully! No point in me downloading the DPD app unfortunately as I don’t even have a tracking code yet! unless another purpose i am missing. I dont understand how orders from the same day could seemingly be a week apart in delivery…

I ordered on the 12th and still no tracking. 

Seems like they took more orders than they could fulfil.

Either that or they over estimated how many people who would order the Air instead as they said that's available for next day delivery.
