Hello again, everyone! 

It's Techtember, and we all know that means new iPhones!
We have an exciting lineup this year! Newly redesigned Pro Models and the all-new iPhone Air!

Just like last year, let's use this thread purely for Tracking Preorders and any relevant discussion around them.

Yes mine shows like this too, I checked with live chat and they said my order is there ok.

not sure when I’ll get it though! 

Mine is showing the same and I ordered mine on the 14th was told by EE that my order is confirmed but there is a backlog at the warehouse and that’s it

My tracking has updated to ‘order on track’ dose this mean they’ve got the device and are in the process of dispatching? 

or is it just a generic update

Just generic, mines been on that since Friday. I could be wrong but I think it's just a preventative tool to help keep people from contacting them.

Anyone actually received their order on here? Does anyone from ee monitor this and do they have a proper update on when orders are being sent out?

Hate saying this but we r all in the same boat I was told this morning it’s due to lack of stock and looking at 28 days lead times but still feel we all should be informed of the same saves us all greeting and moaning on here 

a communication company that can’t communicate very poor to say the least

Ordered on 14th September, the progress tracker has been the same since 16th. Whats going on?

I agree a bit of communication would go a long way so people understand what’s going on 👍🏻 

and also to, in future, not make promises they can’t fulfil!
