Hello again, everyone! 

It's Techtember, and we all know that means new iPhones!
We have an exciting lineup this year! Newly redesigned Pro Models and the all-new iPhone Air!

Just like last year, let's use this thread purely for Tracking Preorders and any relevant discussion around them.

iPhone 17 Pro Max 256Gb Cosmic Orange or as the EE Guide called it. Cosmetic Orange.  😂😂😂. On the phone at 12:55. Call answered dead on 13:00 done & dusted by 13:10.   Well I think so anyway.  I have received absolutely nothing via Email.  Not a dicky bird.  No tracking number absolutely zilch.   Did try live chat and order was confirmed and said email with tracking should arrive 24-48 hours after placing order    Will have to just check DPD app on Thursday to see if it’s arriving on Friday or not

Spreadsheet Update - Final Final One (Hopefully) 🤣

Everything is now up and running smoothly. 

Changelog:

  • Squashed several code bugs that were causing Queue position mismatches and duplicates due to identical order numbers (since we're only using 7/10 digits)
    *Note: If the first 7 digits of your order number are identical to someone else the sheet logic will use other data as tiebreaker.
  • Squashed a huge sorting bug that was causing Queue positions to not appear in sequential order.
  • Estimated Delivery logic now works properly. 
    *Note: Your delivery estimate is based on your Model, Colour and Order Date/time; logically, this also affects your queue position (which then gets cross-referenced with your order number). I'm working delivery delays off of what EE's website reflected at certain times on Friday and Saturday for specific models. (Example: Pro Max Cosmic Orange was no longer available for Launch Day from around 5pm Friday) 
  • Streamlined View and Hidden Order Numbers for Privacy/Security.
  • Added an Insights View for fun - Check it out!

Im in exactly the same boat got told email 48 hours then told open sales told spelt my email wrong so changed it did it again got told will get email confirmation when ee dispatch it just a waiting game now

Hi, my order was confirmed by 1:10 iPhone 17 pro Max in Cosmic orange 256GB orde no. 004939 Do you think it’ll be delivered on Friday 19th? 

 I think I also need to wait until it’s delivered to change the plan, they’ve capped my mbps on the plan without telling me and I don’t think 10mbps is going to be a great speed for 4G and 5G

I’m completely new to EE and to this group. In the tracker on everyone’s experience is it an estimate or is it more likely that we will get the phone delivered on the date in the tracker.

It's a really rough estimate- there's other customers who won't be on the forum that will have got their orders in before those on the sheet.

I got mine in at 14:00 on the day in silver, so hoping that I get it on Friday but you never know. It seems like people have gone crazy for the new orange, I imagine that color will be the one with the longest wait.

I’ll have my fingers crossed then. I’ve ordered blue so hoping that goes in my favour and I’m hoping the fact that it’s my birthday on Thursday might bring me some additional luck lol

I am completely new to this group too. Feeling overly anxious for some reason about delivery date 🤣. Does anyone know if the delivery date email or notifications get sent on the day or the day before ? 

I've gone for the 17 pro in silver , according to the tracker they do not  seem to be overly popular so fingers crossed🤞 mine doesn't get delayed for weeks on end.

Hi buddy, 

I’m a customer like you. So I cant guarantee you anything. We have the tracker spreadsheet to give you a rough (but educated) estimate on when to expect your delivery - but again, this isn’t a concrete answer. 

The best advice i can give you is to use the tracker sheet by submitting to the google form. (Check the marked solution on this forum thread)
