iPhone 16 & 16 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hello Again.
After last years MONUMENTAL thread became the second most popular thread on the entire website, (Over 400k views & 6k replies) I thought I'd make another for this years iPhone release. 

Just like last year let's use this thread purely for Tracking Preorders and any related discussion around it.

Last year was a mess for EE, Let's hope things are different this year.

Sounds great, natural titanium and desert titanium was a huge debate for me but went for the desert in the end. I work in the film production industry so generally am needing a bigger capacity as dealing with large file sizes on a daily - hoping 512gb is enough actually haha.

Depends on what codec you're shooting with.  But even so, at least there's external SSD drives.  I'm eyeing this as a potential external SSD - it's so compact, I'm surprised nobody else thought about it before.

I received my order confirmation email at 12:05 for 1TB Pro Max in black, despite being 300M underground in a Romanian salt mine at the time!

It’s an xko number and I can’t track it on the website, I’ve been trying to use the live chat for the last few days as I’m on a road trip with no response…

Am I screwed?

Not screwed the xko are just the online order confirmation numbers. I’ve never been able to track with an xko number.  I’ve noticed live chat isnt getting a responses. I know you are road tripping but it you ring around 9 you should get through fairly quickly & they should be able to give you one

thanks, been given an order number now, apparently the financial documents didn’t go through on my online order — why nobody contacted me about that I have no idea…

my order number is now 4098820X

the guy on the phone insisted I’ve not lost my place in the first come first serve and I’ll still get my pro max on release day but I’m skeptical with such a high order number…

Hopefully this is the case! That along with less people buying this year, may result in more getting their device on release date. Fingers crossed.

I'm getting the same error. I placed my order at 13:09 and received my confirmation email with the xko number. The email also says ' Expect delivery to you on launch date'. Hoping it all still goes through without any issues. Fingers crossed.

This is exactly what happened to me - called them up again on Sat morning and told it hadnt gone through (even though i got DD email too and xko number) - and was essentially right at the back of the queue and told 21 days **bleep**

Any updates on your case?

Only way to confirm is if people with only XKOs start getting DPD notifcations in the next 48 hours
