After last years MONUMENTAL thread became the second most popular thread on the entire website, (Over 400k views & 6k replies) I thought I'd make another for this years iPhone release.

Ordered the PM DT 256GB on the 20th 

got through to someone about 3 days ago saying there was a technical issue with my order So they re ordered it and said it will be with me soon 

guessing all the dessert titanium ones are most popular I don’t mind the wait but it is a bit concerning that if I had not got onto them it probably never would of come 🤣

Been waiting over 20 days EE were is my iPhone 16 pro max 1tb desert titanium the customer support is a joke the network is a let down Ur sales team lie to boost sales there people that order after me yet getting there phone, And yet you have to balls to call your selfs the best UK network I think people at EE need a reality check and where for the love of god is my order.

Got my phone on the 27th and just received a notification  from dpd today to say my ee parcel is on its way, I haven’t ordered anything though so not sure what to do…

if you didn’t and are entitled to one it could be that especially if you have not received a pin numder
