Hello Again.
After last years MONUMENTAL thread became the second most popular thread on the entire website, (Over 400k views & 6k replies) I thought I'd make another for this years iPhone release. 

Just like last year let's use this thread purely for Tracking Preorders and any related discussion around it.

Last year was a mess for EE, Let's hope things are different this year.

DPD failed me! Called DPD and said that by the looks of it my parcel was not loaded into the van today and will have to be delivered on another day. I can’t get it delivered tomorrow since I leave for work early and arrive home late. So much for being so excited for my new phone to come 😵‍💫 my phone case and tempered glass have arrived today and will have to stay in its boxes for a couple more days. 🙃🙃🙃

So what is happening?????

I was originally given a date of 27-1st that vanished and proceeded to be awaiting confirmation then I was given the same date again and this has now vanished to again be replaced by awaiting for confirmation of date 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

anyone else had same message????????

Hi All, 

I need some help im new to EE and 28/09/2024 at 17:31pm i placed an order for the iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB Black Titanium. I have paid the £30 Upfront charge that was required however not long afterwards I have received an email with ( Successful EE order ref: xko29*******). The Email states that, 

We are processing your order and will let you know when your items will be dispatched.

Your paperwork will be available through your EE account after despatch. Download the EE App and register. If you are unable to access EE, please call us on 0800 956 5029 to request a copy of your documents.

We will send you a delivery update text to:*******

So my Question is Does this mean my order has been confirmed as successful regarding credit checks etc and have I passed this?.

Also when will the iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB Black Titanium be delivered or restock as the phone is out now to purchase i believe it came out on the 20th September but on my order tracker it just says your order will be dispatched in 24 hours. 

Please Help!

OMG literally just received a text from DPD and they are expecting my parcel shortly……..as far as I am aware this is possibly the start of the larger memory iphones deliveries 

i know there are a couple of us in that category ie 1tb

When did people order to get estimated dates? I ordered pm white 256gb on the 17th and still haven’t had any update. I did try and ring ee today but hung up after five minutes as id just waste my time having a pointless conversation 😂
