iPhone 16 & 16 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hello Again.
After last years MONUMENTAL thread became the second most popular thread on the entire website, (Over 400k views & 6k replies) I thought I'd make another for this years iPhone release. 

Just like last year let's use this thread purely for Tracking Preorders and any related discussion around it.

Last year was a mess for EE, Let's hope things are different this year.

@browno  no, not yet, I believe they send it after you have received your new device, then you have 7-14 days to return it.

I spoke to EE today and was told they will send the returns bag out when they know the new device is coming, then on the day your new phone is delivered you have 14 days to return the old phone

 now says order is on track which wasn’t there before . Is it close then ?

The estimated date does seems accurate, but there are some people with those dates who will get receiving their phones today. So just keep a eye out for the pin

@Panky90  is right, they staggered the dates as stock comes in, it will be based on size, colour. The first group who had 27-1st is from the initial launch and then there will have been a cut off which is why people have 4-8th, the chances are you will receive it before. 

avoid calling EE too many times too, if you call more than 5 times in a week they put a Red Alert on your account which means managers and team leaders are the only ones who can engage with you. 

The devices are coming this week or next for everyone waiting prior to the 20th.

Plus I'd say don't call because they don't know anything haha. They won't be able to tell you when you're likely to get it so best thing todo is to expect it on the delivery dates shown, but it may come sooner.

i order phone on 13th but unfortunately it cancelled due to upgradtion team they cancel my order. now i order iphone 16PM on 21st sep how long is the waiting time??

Sorry to hear about that, so many people have had a similar story. Its really not good from EE, especially people who thought they had ordered on the first day.

Have you got a date on your tracking? It may come before that but that is the best and most accurate thing to go by as the EE guides wont be able to tell you anymore.

The same day I ordered, PM NT 1TB We're likely looking at late October potentially early November depending on availability. My tracker still says 'Awaiting Confirmation' on the est delivery date. Nothing to do but wait I suppose, my current phone is still fully functional so I don't mind the wait.

I was prepared for a long wait as I know exactly how it goes each year! I simply could not be bothered with the faff of ordering on pre order day, only for the order to not be done properly, to sit on hold for an hour and half just to get it sorted. I'd rather wait xD
