iPhone 16 & 16 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hello Again.
After last years MONUMENTAL thread became the second most popular thread on the entire website, (Over 400k views & 6k replies) I thought I'd make another for this years iPhone release. 

Just like last year let's use this thread purely for Tracking Preorders and any related discussion around it.

Last year was a mess for EE, Let's hope things are different this year.

I've an xko order number, for a 256GB PM Desert Titanium, ordered by 13:15 and received confirmation at 14:42 but still nothing re: plan or from DPD, and not able to track my order number online either.... starting to get a little bit antsy

Last year, 76% of all Pro Max orders were 256GB options, 14% 512GB and 9% 1TB.

As for colour,

• 46% Natural
• 22.5% Black
• 13.2% White
• 18.2% Blue

Based off a sample size of just 300, but better than nothing at all.

Just had my DPD text come through!!! I ordered on the 13th of September at 4:12 pm! DPD text came through at 7 am!

So glad I came here to read some of these horror stories! Won’t be upgrading on EE! Think I’ll keep my current SIM only deal of take an iPhone 16 contract out with another network provider . This just sounds horrendous!

Preorder confirmed at 13.03 on 13th September both iPhone 16 Pro Max 1TB both in white with DPD for delivery tomorrow I received 1 text message for only 1 order I contacted EE and they gave me the other tracking number for the other phone so if anyone’s wondering maybe give CS a call they are really helpful 

upgrading from 14 pro max 512GB can’t wait till I get to use the Beta Apple intelligence, if anyone’s on it all you do is change your Siri language to the US ENGLISH and it’ll offer you the Apple intelligence to test out but you have to be on the Beta program

@goawat it’s the same everywhere else, O2, Sky and even Apple had issues on the day with pre-orders.

There’s such a mad rush to get orders in that many websites can’t cope with the demand. Even if the sites stay up other components fail like the connections between sales and customer data or payment processing. 

At least EE implemented a queuing system before their systems completely collapsed under sheer weight of traffic unlike O2 who did it 3 hours later.

Same, I have two DPD orders each one with their own pin and EE package number so I’m assuming that my phone and watch will be tomorrow. My watch is a new plan which does show as a new plan and number on my EE app and has shipped on the EE tracker, but my phone a 16 PM 1TB in NT which is an upgrade still shows my old contract and not budged on the EE tracker. Hopefully that updates later. 

Both were ordered around 1:16pm via phone call on the 13th. When they reach DPD they’ll bundle all orders normally for the same house into one delivery.

I pre-ordered a 16PM White 1TB on 13th & got an order confirmation with a xko number. Unable to track order.  Not received anything else yet from EE or DPD so I’m gonna guess it won’t be sent for launch day. Just gonna have to wait.
