Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Been waiting all day for that elusive DPD notification... nothing😩 I'm happy for those who got their phone, but it's definitely started to get on my nerves how people who ordered after me have received their phone and I'm still waiting🫠

I went in my DPD app, clicked to view my order, went down to the Chat option, clicked on Change my Delivery and the VIP option was there 😊

When people are getting DPD tracking through the app, is that with their EE order number or a different tracking number via the DPD text? (Sorry if this is a silly question!)

No it’s from a DPD notification. Just have app installed & when they have your order details they will notify you

Nice. What’s the cost and i assume it give you more options around specific delivery times?

Before midday guaranteed is £9.99 and 12-6pm guaranteed is £4.99, not bad I’d say, just fingers crossed DPD don’t pull an EE 😂
