Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

They are unable to mark orders as urgent. You would have been assigned a number that was next on the list at that point in time

I ordered mine on 15th too and then was cancelled without informing me, i had to call on 21st to find out and re order.

Yeah if you don’t have a pin on your notification on the DPD app then don’t worry, when I log on the app and see the notification for the order it says right under this is your pin you’ll need to give the driver. If it doesn’t say that your sound.. Some get one, some don’t.

Also, so we’ve not seen any movement on the 1 T’s have we?? Just the 512’s and 256’s.. NT & Black.

For those who are waiting:

My order number was 0033073. I ordered the 15 Pro Max in White and got the confirmation email at 749pm on the 15th. My DPD text was received at 22:06 tonight.

Still waiting sadly. I’m sure it won’t be too much longer. Probably won’t be tonight for myself by the looks of it

@BigTastey86 can I ask where on your app it shows the pin? Is it on the homepage of the DPD app where it has your active delivery?

Has anyone got the updated list to hand please? Doubt I’ll be in this batch but wondering how far down I am
