Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

True, I can see that people who ordered after me and got their confirmation, have their orders. Oh well 🤣

None of them. When DPD are collecting your order the DPD app will notify you if you have it linked to your phone

There isn’t one. You’ll get a text and you’ll have the link on the text or if you’ve got an account on the app you’ll see it there.

Cross-referencing the spreadsheet for those that have received notifications tonight it appears those pre-ordered on the 15th whereby you received a 0033 confirmed order on the 15th are now starting to be filled. Hoping they received quite a few of the PM NT, White & Black to fill — but just letting us know here so we can update the spreadsheet and get a better picture of how many being notified. 

Very happy to see quite a few here receive that elusive DPD notification. Not long now peeps…

Very happy for everyone! They exist! The guy on the live chat might not have been lying, expecting whoever doesn’t get it today will get it Wednesday then or even tomorrow as I guess there’s a lot of phones to sort through!

I ordered 15th but didn’t get confirmation till 17:46 on 16th which isn’t great but crossing my fingers, order number: 0033094

Hmm we’ll see. Ordered 15th September at 1.05pm but didn’t get the confirmation until 4.40pm. Strange how cookie crumbles

Don’t forget I guess it’s a notification after it’s been scanned by DPD not in shipping order
