Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.
I ordered the same! But no regrets! Its the colour we wanted - we just have to be patient and eventually when it does arrive will be happy we stuck with our choice! Will be worth it. Just feels frustrating now because of the wait with no info from EE. you’ll regret it more ordering a different colour knowing the one you wanted looks so much better….
I’m stuck using an iPhone 6s in the mean time though, they reassured me multiple times I’d have my phone launch day and I’ve never had any problems before so I sold my 13 PM thinking it’s only a couple of days without and now I’m looking at what could be a month 😐
Just got off the phone with a CSA, they said even for preorders on the 15th they think it's a 28-day wait for the PM NT version. Which is not what they told me last time (it was 14 days for preorders). So like others have said on here, they don't know.
