iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Some have said the heating issue is mostly when you first get the device and it’s initially setting up and indexing files. After that, it’s supposed to work like normal. I’ve had it in the past with iPhones as they restore from iCloud; after a few days, they returned to normal. As for the bending issue, maybe we just stick our phones in a decent case and avoid sitting on it, lol. 

I don’t think I’ve gone caseless on an iPhone for more than a day tbh. Then again, I’ve never managed to break the front or back of an iPhone, touch wood

Legit sooo fed up with this whole situation now I have zero excitement for the device anymore if Apple actually had them in stock I’d cancel my order pay off my contract and get a sim only deal

So I spoke to someone earlier and said I am also at the 14 days mark and have received no update since last Thursday. He said because I was one of the first to order the PM NT 512gb I should be in the next pile either for Saturday or Monday. He’s taken my details and he’s going to check at 8am to see if there is an update with my order. If not by 12pm he is going to contact the warehouse directly and try and get an answer and will then email me. Whether he’s telling the truth or not we’ll see but that’s the most helpful someone has been all week. 🤞

today received my SECOND SMS saying it’s delayed.

Wonder if they know how many customers they’ve lost because of this catastrophe because I ain’t upgrading with them next year that’s for sure. Absolute shambles

I ordered mine on the 15th- however was told that the order hasn’t gone through, then completed the order over the phone the following evening-16th. Today received DPD message for delivery tomorrow (Blue Titanium 256).

Just been on the apple site and went through as ordering my 15PM 256 Blue and the delivery est is 27 Oct - 3 Nov — Free

I am using that as a guide so not expecting mine for a few weeks.
