Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

For users just joining. There's a community board where order numbers are compared and ordered to see where everyone stands in terms of first come first serve.

Waiting for the same one. For some reason I haven’t received a delayed text this week yet. I did get it last week though and my order is still trackable and still says awaiting. No DPD either.
Wasn’t confirmed until 10 am on the 16th as all the systems were down.

I have just messaged EE on live chat. I have raised a formal complaint and I think I was a bit too dramatic but it is what it is 🤣

Hi, I have received a notification through the DPD app this evening, to say they are waiting for my package, it is being delivered to store but I haven’t had anything from EE about my contract changing over, is that normal?

I haven’t had the delay text from EE, the last update I had was on my online tracking to say “your order is on track” on Monday. No update since! 😒
