Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I'm sure they started DPD notifications yesterday around 4pm and nobody has said they've had one yet, is today the first day of no shipments? 😩

I ordered my phone on the 15th September at 13:45 the order was confirmed, although I was not given any order number. So I rang back Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. And on each day I was told my order is there and waiting you will get your phone on the 22nd without a doubt! 
Well anyway EE cancelled my order on the 21st without informing me so now I had to place the order again on the 21st with 28days wait! 
EE wasn’t processing any flex pay or anytime upgrades on the 15th because there systems couldn’t handle it. They prioritised new customers and customers on standard contracts over anyone else! You ring up CS and they’re just as clueless as we are! EE have been no help at all! They’re quick to take your money and place an order to get the figures up! Guys we are locked into contracts and EE knows this so whether we get the phone today tomorrow or next year EE are still getting their money! They just don’t care! And yea I know it’s not just EE fault but goddam this year iPhone as been a joke from the get go! 
Seriously, just thinking about cancelling skipping this year!

Just been told that they don't have a stock for the Pro max, in my case I pre ordered the white titanium 256gb and they told me that they don't currently have one and that they receive orders 2 times per week. Next order for EE might arrive on Monday and they'll most likely start sending them then (I'm guessing).

I don't know if anyone who has gotten the white titanium but i would like to know if there's any that has gotten theirs so far or if they got the dpd notification if they ordered on the 16th.

My mum has just decided this morning to upgrade from the standard 11 to the standard 15 and it’s coming  tomorrow.. thinks she’s ded good now and buzzing off me because I’m still waiting for my 15 PM NT 512.

 I was told 3 to 4 days yesterday, today being told 28… now this! No orders found! I wish they would make up their mind
