Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Cancelled my original preorder (anytime upgrade) and then my contract dates changed on my account - called up, double checked that this was matching the system and not a glitch on my end - and was advised I could do a standard upgrade so ended up just doing that since I don’t like the SIM only pricing for now!

The LONG wait begins for my blue 15 PM though, my new 0033 number went from being 0033074 to 0033293! Must be an insane amount of orders placed this past week!

The number to 7 digits is 0033096 🙂 

It’s going to be interesting to watch and confirm if it’s as EE reports ‘in order’.

Complaint team just contacted me, anyone who ordered iPhone 15 pm NT 256 and was confirmed on 16th or after will be waiting at least 28days. They give me £30 for false information and I decided to cancel y contract and go elsewhere.
