You know what a joke ee is I made my order at 1.05 signed the contract and got told the system was down. Have phoned back four times and got told the same thing and that I will get it next week Friday as I had ordered it at 1.05pm now I got told now that the order hasn’t been processed so I have to do it again. Meaning I have to now wait 28days for it if I am lucky. What a joke should have just gone to o2.

On September 15th, I made a pre-booking for the new iPhone 15 Pro Max through the EE website. Unfortunately, my order did not go through successfully, even though I had paid upfront for it. The following day, I attempted to contact EE's support team via the chat option in the EE app to resolve this issue.
During this conversation, the EE agent repeatedly advised me to cancel the existing order and place a new one. They emphasized that EE operates on a first-come, first-serve basis. Initially, I resisted this suggestion due to concerns about potential delays. However, after persistent requests from the agent, I reluctantly agreed to proceed with a new order.
The agent conducted the order process through a screen-sharing service, during which they shared relevant documents for my review and approval. After careful examination, I approved the documents on the EE website, believing that the order for the iPhone 15 Pro Max had been successfully placed.
It was only on September 17th, when I attempted to track my order, that I discovered a significant problem. The order had been processed for the iPhone 15 Pro instead of the Pro Max, which was the model I had intended to purchase.
In response to this error, I promptly contacted the EE support team again. Regrettably, they maintained that I had indeed ordered the iPhone 15 Pro and not the Pro Max, despite my insistence to the contrary.
To substantiate my claim, I shared the documents related to my contract and terms and conditions, which unmistakably state that I had ordered the iPhone 15 Pro Max. These documents constitute my only proof of purchase.
Despite the compelling evidence I provided, EE suggested a resolution that I found highly unsatisfactory. They insisted that I should once again cancel the existing order and place a completely new one. This proposal presented a significant problem for me, as I had agreed to proceed with the order only based on a promise of earlier delivery from EE. Now, EE is citing their "first come, first serve" policy as a potential reason for further delays if I were to place a new order.
Given these circumstances and the fact that this error is entirely attributable to EE's actions.

I’m so sorry you went through that hand still have a massive issue.
The whole process has been a complete mess for many.
It’s made me very stressed and took 5 hours on Friday.
it’s not acceptable. Stupidly I’ve tried to upgrade my watch which said no upgrade fee and they took the money for part of the watch and I’ve had the order email but I know nothing is certain until you get the order confirmation with tracking number on it. The chat seems completely useless as they can’t access any relevant tools to do much. Not their fault but EE and how they conduct their services.
I was told I would get my phone possibly before launch day but I doubt that very much.
EE has really messed up big time and I imagine so many maybe not even on her will realise many orders haven’t arrived processed properly which is so sad. You expect a reasonable process but it’s not fit for purpose. The demand is always expected and so it should have gone a lot better than the hell it has done and is still ongoing for many.
