@JkB79 You can go into settings , then mobile data options and change it to 4G, but you should not usually need to do this, I would only try this out and see if it makes a difference.. You would need to click on mobile services in setting and then mobile data options.
If you have fixed broadband, you may be able to use wifi calling, but that will only work if you have wifi, so no use when out and about.
