15 pro max actually is cheaper then my 14 pro max by £18.

i can only see a few people getting it on friday they only get so many deliveries of each size and colour i am expecting it to take 28 day if i am lucky i ordered early friday but i still had to wait over an hour on the phone and i was an upgrade remember it’s not the person fault on the phone if you done get it on friday good look if you do

I also ordered my new phone exactly the same phone as you on the 15th September 23 and was also told that my new iPhone would be shipped on the day of launch (22nd September 23) I got a EE text on the 21st to state my order was in hand and it should be delivered in the time frame given and I should not contact EE as they will get the phone to me as soon as it’s available and will receive an update from the courier when the phone is dispatched. However after all this good will my phone still has not arrived, I got a text today with my order reference number and when I try to check on the order it states that this type of order number can’t be looked up at this time so I am really dissatisfied with the false expectations given by EE ?

I called EE an hour ago and was advised the same, up to 28 days now, I stated they should not have given expected delivery time scales if they cannot deliver on this promise, so essentially blowing smoke up customers back sides by stating you will get your new phone on the 22nd September? The lady apologised and said this is the information they have been provided now, so hey ho will just have to wait for the delivery gods to bring me the new phone.
