Hey any one help ordered iPhone 14 pro max in November and still have no idea and tracking does not work and no as contact me but paid 130 pounds deposit and if I wait any longer iPhone 15 will me out

@guy61  You should of had this by now,  you need to call customer services about this.  

Good idea but tried the chat and they say can’t help tried calling and get put to different people then cuts off do you have a direct line to call 

@guy61  was this an upgrade or are you a new customer? If an upgrade did you press 150 on your phone and speak to mobile team? You should then be able to choose the correct option.
