Hi I am a contract customer with ee took out another line contract with ee for iPhone 14 pro. I’m still within my 14 days and having tried the phone out it’s not for me for various reasons. That leads me to am I able to return the device back to ee and cancel the contract with no fee for this? If so how do I do so? Bearing in mind I have opened the box and played around with the phone am I still able to return it.

@Frank_t providing this was a phone sale or online sale. You have a 14 day cooling off period when you can call customer services and request to return the device.

Yes.
How do I cancel if I've had my contract less than 14 days and signed up online or over the phone?
