I have ordered an iPhone pro max in the 6th on of October and then I called to check for updates and the lady on the phone said it was stuck on the system and she will put it through now that was the 18th of October. I assumed that my waiting time will start from the 6th but now I’m being told it will start on the 18th and is 28 days that’s really not far I won’t even get my new phone before I leave for holiday.
