Hi,
I’m coming up to my 21 day wait of which I was told when purchasing my phone. (iPhone 14 pro max in gold 128gb).
I was called straight after my purchase to say it would be 21 days or less.
I paid an upfront cost and my first monthly bill is going out of my account in a few days but I have no received the phone.
I understand it now states 28 days or over but surely because this model/colour etc was less in demand when I ordered it, I should be receiving this soon.
When they called I also explained I needed the phone by a certain date and they reassured me that I would have received it by then?

Have you tried tracking your order online?
DPD will send you a text when your order is ready to be delivered.

yes nothing happens when I put my number in. But it’s 21 days tomorrow and still nothing.

You could try giving our Customer Care team a call for an update.
If you'd like to change to a different variant that is more available they'll be able to help with this too.

ive just spoken to them and they’ve given me a tracking number for DPD which says it was collected today and is expected for delivery tomorrow (fingers crossed)
