Ordered 14 pro max, 128gb in gold on 17th October. Website stated at the time and still does, to expect dispatch within 21 days. Today is the 21st day and still no update. Has anyone received theirs from round about the same order date? Ive had no update since the order was placed apart from me having to chase for updates myself, and even then you get lied to or be told the exact same update. Why can’t we just be told where we are in the queue?

Hi! Yeah I received mine on 9th November. I think it was 23/24 days after ordering

You’re missing a few points and potential related issues. I ordered mine on 2 October and was given a 21 day delivery timeframe. Since then, no updates and contradictions when calling in. If they’re aware of delays they need to tell people and be honest. I would have got a decent trade in price for my 12 max but that’s plummeted while I’m waiting for my phone. EE are also now charging me my monthly contract as if I have the phone in my possession - that’s not right either and they should be doing something about that too (temporarily sim only perhaps). Something is clearly going wrong as Apples own site has some of the phones available next day. Did anyone else get a £20 phone credit text for inconvenience too. That’s the least they can do but this has been a very unsatisfactory situation, not helped by EE themselves.

Jeez all the hate and war in the world, must be nice to only have to worry about the fact that your poncy phone may take a bit longer to get hold of!! I've bought one for my partner for Christmas, if it doesn't arrive its no drama, it's not EE's fault and it's not Apple's fault just take a seat and wait quietly and PATIENTLY!
