Update on previous post (Page 120):
I've spoken to a few different CS reps over the weekend and also tonight, just before writing this.
Tonight, I managed to get through to a decent CS rep based in Darlington, I explained the issue again to him and he immediately opened a "Case", without me asking which was nice. He then went through my call history with EE and read out the notes over the phone, all correct, no issues. Then, He went on to track the order via the system and "could confirm" that all iPhone 14 Pro Max are currently out of stock and that includes all sizes and colours. Not happy but fair enough. He was able to give me a rough date of when they expect to be back in stock which is currently 21 days from todays date.
I then explained to him that I've been told different things every time I've called, which he apologised for saying "I'm sorry that you've been miss informed and told these lies" - Lies! Confirmed by a CS rep! I've been lied to by many different people, I'm sure they would mostly all have access to the same systems and the same tracking information so why couldn't they have just told me that. Instead, I've spent at least 20 minutes on hold each time I've called, just to be miss informed. What a total waste of time.
Even so, at least I (we) finally know when our orders might be delivered. The case was closed with EE and i've been credited £30 for the inconvenience. Still not happy but I guess its better than nothing.
