iPhone 14 Pro Max Trade In

So I used Upgrade Anytime to get the new iPhone 14 Pro Max and opted to trade in my current device - however I haven’t had a new SIM card come with the phone - do I just switch my current SIM into my new device or should a new SIM have come with the upgrade?

Hi @ollychops

Thanks for coming here. 

We don't always send out a new SIM card, if the SIM you have will fit in the new phone you can continue to use this SIM card. This won't need returned for the trade in.
