Been waiting for iPhone 14 Pro Max for over a month. Because EE did not include first line of my address DPD would not deliver (Despite my building number, name and post code still being on there). Phone going all the way back to EE. Been told the warehouse will ship it back out to me but not convinced. Customer for over 10 years, never missed a bill and yet brand new customers are getting this phone before me.

I'm sorry to hear this has happened, if the device is being returned to us, once we have received the return and this has been processed your contract dates will be amended within your My EE account and you can upgrade again.
