Ordered my upgrade iPhone 12 pro over a week ago, on the tracking it says awaiting confirmation, can’t get through to EE customer service, anyone know any time frames or are in a similar situation?

Look on the forum there are plenty in your situation. Its a new iPhone this happens every year on every network.

You will receive a text from DPD the evening before its due to be delivered.

Hi!!

I ordered my 12 pro on the 28th. They told me that it could be up to 21 days for dispatch. So annoying!! 

My order tracker just says order confirmed.

let me know when you hear anything as I’m hoping mine will follow shortly after yours.

I am in the exact same boat i did mine on the 29th its due to stock issue hope to get this before lockdown!

I wouldn’t hold high hopes. I pre ordered mine on 17th October, promised it on 23rd but it didn’t come. Was then told it’ll be with me within 14 days from my order date - still didn’t come. Then I was told between 2nd-7th November. We’re on 3rd now and still no notification/change of order status. 
go elsewhere or go to Android. I will be if I don’t have my phone by 7th (after three failed promises).

The tracker for my order still shows awaiting confirmation but I’ve just had an email to say it’s coming tomorrow. I ordered gold 512 on 21st October
