iPhone 11 freezes when I call

When I make a call it freezes and I can’t close the call tab 

I miss calls as it doesn’t ring 

I can make calls every now and then but on between it freezing 

can anyone help??

Thanks for coming to the community. 

Could you try the advice from @Northerner and back up all you data and factory reset your iPhone. 

Once this has been done can you test the iPhone to see if this continues?
