What do you mean EE text message link has crashed your Apple Music? Might be better if you gave us some more information, so that someone can help you.

 

Were you trying to activate Apple Music?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Has relaunching either the messaging app or Apple music app helped? Failing that, has a restart or power cycling of the device helped?
