Struggling to activate my eSIM, the physical sim has already been deactivated. Tried my luck downloading eSIM per help page but I’m just going round in circles. Anyone any tips?

2 methods have worked for me previously.
1. The easiest is downloading from the app.
2. Ordering an eSIM pack and scanning the QR code to activate. This can be ordered over the phone. Takes about a day to arrive
