delivery not made

it's said he could not deliver DPD as pin could not be given but i am literally sat here so he hasn't knocked so how do i track it and get him to come back ??

@zeds81  You use the DPD app to track and DPD will attempt a 2nd delivery.  You can’t request the driver to come back as there is no facility via the DPD app.
