Wrong bills with my apple watch

I bought 10GB for my apple watch series 7.
The problem is that the App Watch shows that I did not have a data plan for my Apple Watch and requires me to set up mobile data for my watch. When I log in to the EE website by clicking the ‘Set Up Mobile Data', it shows I am not currently eligible to buy an additional line for this device.

Welcome to the community,

 

You need to set this up using your Apple Watch App on your phone. I would suggest unpairing the watch and starting again, connected to cellular, both on the Apple Watch and Phone, with wifi disabled, you should then when pairing get asked about setting up the cellular, hope this hel;ps.

I have tried resetting and restarting the apple watch. It still doesn't work.

 

Something interesting I have found is I didn't charge for the plan. I checked my latest bill and found that I didn't charge for that. 

So the problem is my watch cannot use data because I did not charge for that, and I also cannot buy another plan because I already have a 10 GB plan which didn't charge.

@Espada4001  how long have you been an EE customer for ?
