Why can’t I upgrade my Apple Watch through the app? Please help

Please can someone help? I’ve been trying to upgrade my Apple Watch online but it won’t allow me. I can click on upgrade and choose the watch and size but it won’t give me a plan.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
