Why can’t I now send emoji’s and pictures

Are you sending these via a text message/picture message or using an app? 

Are you with us on pay as you go or pay monthly?

Contract pay monthly in text works in WhatsApp but not in text. It used to last week

Yes unable to send with a red ! Is the error and it’s by text to an android which was ok last week. I can send to other iPhones and I can send to both in WhatsApp

Do you have MMS Messaging turned on in your iPhone Message Settings?
