Where’s my order

Hi I ordered a new phone on the 22nd September and when I put the tracking number in to track it it’s saying “oops your tracking is timed out” and it says on the ee website that it usually takes 48hrs for delivery so I’m just confused on if my orders went through because the moneys came out my bank but I’ve not had any tracking updates

Welcome to the community,

You will receive notification from DPD up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window with a PIN number that you then show the driver in order to receive your device.

What tracking number did you have, just the first letters of the order not the whole number?

it may be just the order number and not the tracking number.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
