Voicemail hasn’t being working for years and can’t get through to a real person

My voicemail hasn’t worked with EE for years, I have tried to solve it but it never works, every time I call voicemail it hangs up with no option to see visual voicemails, I have tried texting VM ON and VM OFF and that doesn’t change anything, along with restarting my phone. I have tried to call 150 but it just sends me a text with a link that doesn’t solve the issue either as seen in the pictures. Please can anyone help?

@Haighy1  Visual voicemail can only been seen once voicemail is activated.   Have you tried just texting VOICEMAIL DIVERT ON to 150 ?   Only once voicemail is activated can you text “iphone visual” to 150 to enable visual voicemail. 

I also notice you’ve had multiple replies and the 3rd one down states voicemail is active.     When you text anything to 150 give it time to respond as to get that many replies means you’ve sent more than one request to 150.
