Upgrading Early

I’m in the last 100 days of my contract and what to upgrade early for free which reading about I should be able to do if my new plan is higher but whenever I go through the process it still adds a £120 early upgrade fee to the basket, how can I make it so that I can upgrade without paying that fee

Text BA to 150 and it will tell you if you're eligible for upgrade. 

You will still need to pay the handset fee is there is one.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Could also be worth waiting a month if you can. With the new iPhone coming out, there are bound to be deals to get rid of current stock.
