Look in your EE app or text UP to 150.

There is no account access on these forums.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@GeorgiaJames03  if you look at the EE app it will show you when you started this contract and when it reaches its minimum term.   Click manage and scroll down. Your upgrade is 30 days from your minimum term.  Or you can pay off the he current contract in full and upgrade early
