Hi, I've recently upgraded to the new iPhone and the contract is under the circumstance that I trade in my old phone. I keep getting messages to remind me that I must trade in my old phone immediately otherwise the contract will not be valid. However, I am yet to receive the new phone. I do not want to get rid of my old phone until I have the new one. Will the contract be invalid?

Sorry you haven't had a reply to this yet, but please do not worry.
Give EE a call at 0800 956 6000 to let them know that you have not received neither your trade-in kit nor your new phone, and they should just extend your return period.
Trade-in kits seem to be delayed at the moment because of Royal Mail's strikes, but your shiny new iPhone should hopefully be with you soon as devices are usually delivered through DPD and should not be affected by this.
Let me know how everything goes, and I hope that you enjoy using your new iPhone.
